Service Coordination
The Service Coordinator's role is to oversee the clinical and service needs of the child in our IPS program. The service coordinator completes a Child and Adolescents Needs and Strengths assessment and will conduct at least 2 in person visits per month with the youth and caregiver.
Other responsibilities include ongoing contact with caregivers and other service providers involved with the case, facilitating monthly IPS meetings, and advocating for other services and/or needs of the child in care.
