On Our Sleeves – Mental Health Resources for Kids On Our Sleeves is a national movement to break mental health stigma for children. Backed by Nationwide Children’s Hospital, it provides mental wellness tools, activities, and conversation starters designed for children and the adults who support them. Resources help kids process big feelings, build routines, and express themselves in healthy ways. https://www.onoursleeves.org/

 Casey Family Programs – Education and Well-Being Tools for Elementary-Age Youth Casey Family Programs offers age-appropriate educational tools, emotional well-being activities, and caregiver guides for children in foster care. Their resources help children understand foster care, express their feelings, and build resilience in age-appropriate ways. Sesame Street in Communities – Foster Care Resources Sesame Street in Communities offers videos, printables, and digital activities to help children in foster care cope with big feelings, changes in caregivers, and unfamiliar environments. The content is designed for children ages 3–10 and uses relatable characters to support emotional literacy and build trust. National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN) – Child Trauma Resources for Caregivers The NCTSN provides trauma education and coping tools for caregivers of children in foster care.
